I have this old game, it doesn't work on windows 7 how do I make it work. i dont want to purchase windows profeosional upgrade so I can run windoes XP mode, but dunno if there is oter option!!

what version was it made in? I think that gams made in version six don't work on vista...

yeah maybe you could find out what version it was made in and then find a decompiler and decompile the EXE and then recompile using GM 8 so it will work on windows 7

I feel so terrible, everyone has been so nice and helpful, but I wasn't referring to a game maker game. got a bunch of oldy 90s games, would be cool to get them working. probably need to simply get a windows XP computer. thanks everyone!
