3 hour game jam is hosted every week on saturday, you make a game in 3 hours before the end of saturday... and they ask you to be honest and only use 3 hours. To enter your game you must tweet a link to download it on twitter along with the hashtag #3hGj

They pick a random theme each week and sometimes Jupcraft (youtube lets player with about 800 subscribers) will play all the entries in a video.
It's pretty fun, although 3 hours isn't a long time to make a game, so you have to keep your scopes a bit low.
