we can use this thread to discuss minor game designing bits.
i'm working on a game with wasd and mouse controls, both mouse buttons are used for different attack, but i need 2 more buttons for special moves. what buttons would you guys think work best? the problem i'm having is that the button needs to be held sometimes and it makes moving really hard. shift works fairly well but it's not ideal.

Space, V, B, and maybe G are easy to hit with the thumb. The number keys can be hit with some sort of ease, especially the lower ones. E is probably the easiest key to hit. Q's kind of alright. F can be a little bit of a stretch. The left shift key is good too but usually held with something.

i considered q and e but it basically stops you from being able to hold up. i think shift and space work best. thanks for the feedback
