oh don't worry about it jake, the majority of people are not very good at chess
but the way ive been able to improve is by watching lessons on YouTube and playing games online. if you want to get good at chess you will have to really work your brain at it, though

well yeah obviously chess isn't the kind of game that appeals to normal "gamers", because chess when played well requires a lot of mental exertion, whereas traditional computer games are just mindless shooters where you don't have to stress your brain out

I played a chess game today, it only lasted 18 moves. Was a lot of fun because I sacrificed some material to expose my opponent's king(and I won). I think even non chess players might find it amusing: www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=1029242037 |
